Create the "14 x 14 Times Table" header by typing the appropriate information, pressing return, selecting all the cells that you will need, then using the center across selection option. Create the green reference numbers by typing the 0 then the 1 then selecting the cells you just filled. After selection use the little black tab at the bottom right of the selected box. Drag the selection tab until you have the appropriate number of cells selected. The formulas in the yellow and blue boxes multiply the values in the green boxes. You only need to create one formula then copy/paste or drag/fill to create the rest.
